Mudtrooper – Biceps, Shoulder Armor, Back Armor & Chest Armor, Completed

Great, More Mud…

The red Bicep gets three yellow stripes. So, I masked them off…

Then I added some liquid latex splotches for weathering…

Then I dabbed on a few layers of yellow paint, making sure to make it heavy in some areas, and light in others to simulate wear…

For the Shoulders, I’ve decided to go with “T” straps. These will be the top, and the velcro will get sewn to them…

The velcro has been sewn, and I’ve cut the other pieces…

“T” straps assembled…

These pieces will go from the Bicep to the Shoulder Armor…

Bicep and Shoulder Armor strapping all glued in place…

The strapping that the belts get fed through, glued in place…

Velcro for the “T” straps, glued in place…

Mudtrooper – Back Armor & Chest Armor, Continued

Then I used the template to cut the foam pieces…

Before adding the foam, I glued in the velcro which will hepl hold the Chest Armor straps in their indentions…

The ends of the Chest Armor straps got velcro added…

Then, the foam pieces were glued to the sides of the Back Armor…

Here’s how the foam looks from the back…

Back Armor and Chest Armor got velcro strips added where they come together at the sides…
