Top Ear Cap Slimming
With the resizing completed, it’s now time to cut some of the fat from this thing…
I used masking tape to mark where the cut needs to be made.
I then used an exacto knife to scribe a line.
Location of the scribed line on the front.
And, the top…
I used my dremel to grind off all of the excess plastic, as well as, a lot of the bondo.
That already looks 100% better.
After a little time on the belt sander…
We have a nice, thin ear cap.
