I’m thinking the washing machine method just doesn’t work too well because the water doesn’t get as hot as when you heat it on the stove. So, for the second round of dyeing, I’m using the stove method. Here, the dye bath is ready for the cloth…

It’s not exactly the same as the original Jawa robe but I kinda like the new color better; a bit less red, and more orange/brown…
