Since the boxes have really deep recesses, I decided to prime them in flat black. That way, if the green doesn’t get into every crevasse, there won’t be any primer grey showing…

I also shot the Back Armor greeblies with flat black…
Some putty was applied to fill in any remaining low spots…
Then the putty on the Shoulder Armor was sanded smooth…
