The Back Armor file didn’t include a small slot for the piece of webbing that the Respirator strap gets fed through. So, I had to mark it here…
Then used a drill to remove the majority of the plastic…
Then dremeled the remaining plastic to create the slot…
Here’s the resulting slot…
Quick test fit of the webbing loop…
Since everything fits, the slot got painted the dark green base color…
