Putting It All Together…
Time to assemble the finished pieces…
I already owned a rivet gun, but I had to go pick up the proper sized rivets: Aluminum, 1/8 inch by 3/8 inch, unpainted.
First rivet installed.
Second rivet installed.
The pressure of installing the rivets caused a small crack to form near the upper rivet. I’ll need to come up with a way to reinforce this area…
